A Few Things to Know About Our Snow Clearing Service
With careful attention to detail, we are committed to providing reliable service and ensuring our customers are happy with the work we do.
We attend all snowfalls with an accumulation of at least 2 inches (5 cm). Our service includes clearing your driveway and a walkway to your front door. If municipal snowplows leave a significant amount of snow at the end of your driveway after we have completed your service, we will return upon request.
When snow is expected, we ask that vehicles be parked in the garage whenever possible. If a vehicle must remain in the driveway, please park it on the side furthest from the front door and as close to the garage as possible. If there are two vehicles, parking them one behind the other is preferred. We do not clear snow from vehicles or between parked vehicles. Due to liability considerations, we do not apply salt to residential properties. Salting and de-icing remain the responsibility of the homeowner or tenant.
